Binder’s Inspection Agency LLC has been serving the manufactured housing industry for more than four decades. Founded in 1978 by Richard L. Binder Jr. as Binders Mobile Home Service, the company began by providing specialized mechanical services for mobile homes, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Over time, the business expanded to support manufactured home setup, add-a-room installations, and roof-over projects throughout Ohio.
As the manufactured housing industry evolved, so did our expertise. In 1999, the company became incorporated and began performing roll and crane home installations on private property. Richard Binder later obtained State of Ohio licensing for electrical and HVAC work and earned certification through the Ohio Manufactured Homes Commission (OMHC) for all types of manufactured home installations.
In 2007, Binders qualified as a third-party inspection agency, allowing the company to conduct inspections for manufactured housing projects in accordance with Ohio requirements. Today, Binder’s Inspection Agency LLC continues that tradition under the leadership of William Binder and serves homeowners, contractors, retailers, lenders, and community operators across all 88 Ohio counties.
